Born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1964
1989 Graduated from Tokyo Gakugei University, Faculty of Education
1998 Completed Aichi Prefectural Ceramics Technical College
Built a kiln in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture
2010 Returned to Kumamoto and built a kiln.
We create pottery based on Mino pottery techniques such as Oribe, Shino, and Kiseto.
We are working hard to make pottery in Nankan-cho, a town rich in nature where pottery has been made since ancient times, from tableware for restaurants to pottery for everyday use .
