Shipping and Handling

This site offers a flat rate shipping charge of 1100 yen to all areas of Japan except Okinawa Prefecture (3300 yen to Okinawa Prefecture only). (3,300 yen for Okinawa Prefecture only)

We usually ship within 10 days after receiving your order.

Please note that some items may take longer than usual to arrive at our store.

We do not ship overseas.

Please note that some items may be out of stock or on backorder even if they are in stock on the site. Some items are in limited quantities, so please be patient in case we run out.

We use Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express as our delivery service providers.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please contact the address indicated on the delivery note within a certain period of time to request re-delivery.

If you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to pick up your package after it has been shipped and it is returned to us, we may refuse to accept your order in the future. Please note that we may not be able to accept your order in the future. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
