About sales price

The selling price will be the amount indicated on the label (indicated price/including consumption tax).

Payment is confirmed at the time of product order.

Please make payment within 3 days from the time of order.

After the payment deadline, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Pay later in the following month

Please make a lump-sum payment for one month through Paidy by the 10th of the following month at a convenience store or by bank transfer.

Return Policy

No exchanges or returns of products will be accepted.

However, exchanges or returns will be accepted only if the product is defective or if the product arrives different from the order.

In this case, you must notify us within one week of receipt of the merchandise, and we will replace it with the ordered merchandise in good condition.

In such cases, the Company shall bear the shipping costs for returning and resending the product in question.

Time of Delivery of Services or Goods

We usually ship within 10 days after receiving your request for delivery.

The delivery service is entrusted to Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express.

If you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to pick up your package after it has been shipped and it is returned to us, we may refuse to accept your order in the future. Please note that we may not be able to accept your order in the future. We ask for your understanding in advance.
