Shinpei Ido

Born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1981
2006 Graduated from Department of Environmental Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Kumamoto University
Studied under Mr. Takame Nakazato of Ryuta Kiln in Karatsu, Saga Prefecture.
2010 Returned to Kumamoto and opened Hagimigama kiln.

He creates pottery mainly in Mishima, Hakeme, and Nanban pottery.
The dishes are popular among food professionals such as restaurants because they make it easy to serve food beautifully.
